Parks & Recreation Director Kyle Lancaster advised the commission that Commissioner
Pearson had resigned her position and the City Clerk's office would soon advertise the
opening.

1. SR# 1020-1 ADOPTION OF WORK PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-21
The commission reviewed the work plan for fiscal year 2020-21 and moved to consider
and reevaluate the work plan for fiscal year 2020-21 at the meeting on Nov. 16, 2020.
City staff will send out the current work plan for fiscal year 2020-21 to all commissioners,
who will then provide comments for consideration into the adoption of the work plan for
fiscal year 2020-21.
ACTION: On motion by Vice Chair Martinez and a second by Commissioner Alie-
mann, the motion was approved. AYES: Chair Luna, Vice Chair Martinez, Commissioners Thorp and Allemann. NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Commissioners Simons and Livingston
1. SR# 1020-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT
Recreation Services Manager Mike Pacheco and Parks Services Manager Tim Selke
and Parks & Recreation Director Kyle Lancaster reported on recently completed, ongo
ing and upcoming Parks & Recreation Department programs, events and park projects.Mr. Lancaster provided the commission with information on the report presented to theCity Council on Oct. 13, 2020, regarding the current Parks & Recreation Memorial Pro
gram and the direction from the City Council to look at additional options for the program.
Mr. Pacheco, Mr. Selke and Mr. Lancaster were available for clarifying questions fromthe commission.
