Banta, were present and informed the Commission that Dra J, Bo AskewB I.D., Director of public Health, had advised that indiddual disposal urd91 would bo accepted if a responsible govemntrit agenoy would oertifSr that a twww disposal eysbm will be installed within a rewmmbln period of time, eighteen month8 to two
years. City Manager Nelson painked out that the Council has atrtho&ed a comprdmmive engineering survey of the 8mage disposal problem in the anea but no time Urnft can
be placed on tho inster2llation of sewer connection8 and a diaposal plant, until e more detailed study is made.
