Chairman Swirsky called meeting to order at 9:20 Po M,, following ad-
journment of a joint meeting of the Commission and the City Council,
Present besides the Chairman were Commissioners Fennel, Yourell, Baum-
gartner, Jarvie, Engelmann, Stringer, and P1annio:g Consultant Kay
Kalicka, Absent, Planning Aide-Secretary Ewald
Comm, Fennel moved that minutes of the meeting of September 11th be ap-
proved as amended (Page 1, Paragraph 6) Sec0nde.d by Coam, Engelmann,
All ayes, motion carried,
Chairman Swirsky gave a short talk concerndng benefits derived from the
joint meeting held earlier, and reminded the ComnAssion that in order to
complete the two hearings set for 7:OO Po Mo on October 9th in time to
sit in on the City Council publPc hearing on the proposed zoning ordinance,
scheduled for 7:30 Po M,, it will be necessary that ail members arrive
promptly, He stated that agendas for the meeting will be in the hands of
the Commissioners on or before October 3rd,
It was decided that due to the lateness of the hour, no further business
would be taken up at this time, Comm,
Seconded by Comm, Stringer, All ayes,
Baumgartner moved for adjournment
meeting adjourned at 9:25 PQ Mo
