Planning Consultant Kalicka brought up tho question of the master street plan,
and the fact that Fre head no&ad some resistance on the part. of the Planning
Commission to cul-de-sac sP;ree$s, stating he felt that some policy OF incli-

Chairman Swirsky stated that Mro Kalickaos interrmetation of the Planning
ConmlssionQs feeling on this subject nay not be entirely correct; that he
was sure thae not all of the Commission members were of the opinion that cul-de-eac streets wepe bad p32nning. He sugg.2stcd that the discussion be held in abeyance until. the master stme$ plan is presented ae the February
12th meeting,
Xro Kalicka stated he hopes to have public hearing6 cm the adoption of the
master street plan in March.
