(2) that the map should carry a full legal description of the prgesty and boundaries; (3) that certain lots should be adjusted to meet width and frontage requirements8 (4) that all utility easements must be 12 feet in widtfa, Don Holly, engineer, was present on behalf of the subdivider, and assured the Commission that all requirements would be met, The Commission discusmd at some length the mattes of the type of curbs to be required, Coasa,, Bcaun- gartner pointing out that ft would be inconsiatcnt for the Commission to establish a pokicyjn this regard haatily, in the middle of discussion of a tentative map, Co~tm, Psusell felt concern regarding drainage coming down Basswood unless vertical-face curbs are required on the south side of Basewood; but 2t was finally agreed to leave the matter of the type of curbs to the dis- cretion of the City Engineer, warking with the subdivision engineer, Chairman Swlrsky summarized the points brou ht out in the discussion, Coma Yourell moved the adopkion of Resolution # \ -proving tentative map of BELLEDQWNA Hl3IGMTS SUBDIVISION, subject to the fo1Zowing provisions: (3'6 - I that title be awed to include the name .' t,he csriqfnall mbdivision; that the map include a full legal description of the property and boundaries; that all deficient loits be adjus~d as to wiclth and frontage to COEI~Q~B t,o minimum requirements; that interior utility easements be adjusted to 12 feet in width ;
