Present besides the Chairman were Commisaioners, Fennel, Smiraky, Striagar amd Jade; City Manager Netson. City Engineer Kubota and Planning Consultant Gordon Whitnall. The Council had parsed a reaolution auepending the precise pLn until March, 1958 and recommended tht the Planning Commiaaion hold further lwaringrs, and had instructed the City Attorney to prepare an ordinanco auspending the effective date of Ordinance No. 9079, which ordiaance reciaaaified proporty along Pi0 Pic0 Drirr from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3. ! Swirsky stated that ha felt that the Commiasion.ahould consider a precise plan urdinance, which would set forth clearly the requiremonta under a precise plan ao that everyone concerned would understand; under a precise plan ordinance, all of these precise plans could bo adopted to this draft of a preciae plan ordinance drafted for the Commiaaion to study. The applicant was asked if this requast was in conmction with the rezoning of Pi0 Reo Drive. The applicant etated "no". Mrs. Nissen was asked by the Commissio! if any attempt had been made to obtain signatures from property owners on the south side of Pine Avmua. Mrs. Nissen stated that no attempt had been made Mrs. Nissen was asked if &he and the other parties interested in this re- classification had provided an alley in their plans.
