COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
October 15, 1962
The Carlsbad City Planning Commission was called to order at
7:QO P. M. for a special meeting to consider the grading plans
of Chestnut Manor Subdivision by Chairman Ewald. Present
besides the Chairman were Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant,
Palmer and Sonneman. Commissioner Jarvie was absent.
After considerable discussion and consideration by the Plan-
ning Commission, the grading plans and final subdivision plans
of Chestnut Manor Subdivision, in spite of the absence of the
City Engineer, were approved by motion of Commissioner Ward,
seconded by Commissioner Palmer, as follows:
AYES : Comrs. Davis, Ward, Grant, Ewald, Palmer and Sonneman.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Jarvie.
Adjournment.
By proper motion, the special meeting was adjourned at 7:20
P. M.
