Lots Mo. 310 and 311 ; i are under power lines and are proposed as a : drainage channel. They are encompassed by an i easement so they do not propose to build on them.! The property on the upper part of Hillside would : i be developed within less than 3 years. The 1 i property on Park Drive would be developed probab-i : ly within the next 2 years. Park Drive wi 11 be I i completed before Hillside. Park Drive is design-! : ed to carry a 62' street. They have provided I i for additional parking near some of the cul-de- ! : sacs.
