AGENDA:
This meeting was adjourned from January 27, 1970, for the purpose of studying the proposed amendment to the General Plan (Resolution of Intention No. 69), for a Residential Density-Multiple Zone. The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M.
The draft of proposed Residential Density-Multiple ton amendment was previously mailed out to all Commissione and subsequently discussed at this study session. Cer tain portions were revised as to wording for the final ordinance draft.
Revisions to those densities West of the AT&SF Railway tracks, as shown on the Land Use Map of the General Plan, were also discussed.
Discussion was also given to the Buena Vista Lagoon an the importance of taking some field trips to reviewing new concepts of development in San Diego County and the Irvine Ranch area of Orange County.
The adjourned meeting was closed at 9:40 P.M.
