ROLL CALL:
The chairman called the meeting to order at 1:lO P.M.
Discussion ensued regarding La Costa and the request '
for annexation to the City of Carlsbad.
The Planning Department discussed the possibility of
planning for a ."new community."
The commission proceeded on a tour of the La Costa
holdings. Points presented by Mr. John Mamaux involved
development of existing holdings, residential, -recrea-
tional ,and commercial, including the tourist facilities
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 3:15 P.M.
