CALL TO ORDER:
Chairperson Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1 :15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Senior Center Coordinator, as follows:
Present:
Absent:
Commissioners Whittaker, Chmiel, West and Zink.
Commissioner Serrin (arrival after Actions voted on)
- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Chairperson Whittaker.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
ACTION;
held April 3, 1997, were approved as presented.
On motion by Chairperson Whittaker, the Minutes of the Regular Meeting

CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Committee reports as presented and a $1 21.67 donation from United Way.
On motion by Commissioner Zink, the Commission voted to accept the

REDUCTION IN FACILITY RENTAL FEES:
ACTION:
reduction of facility rental fees to Boy Scout Troop 748 for their annual Easter Sunday
Pancake Breakfast.
On motion by Commissioner West, the Commission voted to approve a
