CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Zink called the Meeting to order at 1 :15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by Sue Spickard, as follows:
Present :
Absent: Commissioner Whittaker
Commissioners Chmiel, Serrin, West and Zink.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Commissioner Zink.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
ACTION:. On motion by Commissioner West, Minutes of the Regular Meeting
held September 4, 1997, were unanimously approved as presented.
CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Action of the Consent Calendar, Item #6, as follows:
On motion by Commissioner Chmiel, Commission unanimously affirmed the
