CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1 : 15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by Sue Spickard, as follows:
Present:
Absent: Commissioner Chmiel
Commissioners Serrin, West, Whittaker and Zink.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Chairperson Whittaker.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Serrin, Minutes of the Regular Meeting
held February 5, 1998, were unanimously approved as presented.
CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Zink, Commission unanimously affirmed
acceptance of the Consent Calendar with /?em #6, as follows:
