CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1 :15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by Sue Spickard, as follows:
Present: Commissioners Chmiel, Serrin, West, Whittaker and Zink.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Chairperson Whittaker.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner West, Minutes of the Regular Meeting
held January 7, 1999, were unanimously approved as presented.
MATTERS FROM THE PUBLIC - none - CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION : On motion by Commissioner Zink, Commission unanimously affirmed
acceptance of the Consent Calendar with /tern #6, as follows:
Acceptance of Donation + Koko Beach/KoKo Palms Fundraiser $3039

SENIOR OWNED HOUSING - Item #7
City of Oceanside Senior Citizens' Commission Chairperson, Andre H. Teuben, was a guest
speaker.
