MEETING OF: SENIOR COMMISSION
DATE OF MEETING: December 7, 2000 (Regular Meeting)
TIME OF MEETING: 1:15 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: CARLSBAD SENIOR CENTER
CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by Sue Spickard, as follows:
Present: Commissioners Chmiel, Serrin, Weber, West and Whittaker.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Chairperson.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Action: Commission unanimously accepted Consent Calendar.
ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS
Commission unanimously voted to recommend that the City Council accept
donations that were made to the Center in the amount of $2,709.00.
VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION
Commission unanimously agreed to have the Volunteer Recognition dinner at
La Costa Cduntry Club on February 16, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT
By proper motion, the Regular Meeting of December 7, 2000 was adjourned at
2:25 p.m.
