MEETING OF: SENIOR COMMISSION
DATE OF MEETING: February 1, 2001 (Regular Meeting)
TIME OF MEETING: 1:15 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: CARLSBAD SENIOR CENTER
CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1 :15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by Kris Westland, as follows:
Present: Commissioners Chmiel, Serrin, Weber, West and Whittaker.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Chairperson.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Action: Commission unanimously accepted Consent Calendar.
ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS
Commission unanimously voted to recommend that the City Council accept
donations that were made to the Center in the amount of $200.00.
VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION
Confirmed time and place for the Volunteer Recognition dinner.
ADJOURNMENT
By proper motion, the Regular Meeting of February 1 , 2001 was adjourned at
2:40 p.m. to the La Costa Hotel & Spa Volunteer Celebration February 16, 2001,
