MEETING OF: SENIOR COMMISSION
DATE OF MEETING: November 1, 2001

CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Whittaker called the Meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL taken by Sue Spickard, as follows:
Present: Commissioners Chmiel, Weber, West and Whittaker.
Absent: Serrin
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Chairperson Whittaker.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Action: Commission unanimously accepted Consent Calendar.
STRATEGIC PLAN
Director of Recreation, Ken Price made an informative presentation on the
Departments Strategic Plan.
VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION DINNER
Commission requested staff to research restaurants and entertainment
possibilities for the volunteer recognition dinner.
ADJOURNMENT
By proper motion, the Regular Meeting of November 1, 2001 was adjourned at
2:15 p.m.
