CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Tweedy called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Nelson, Pearson, Savary, Surridge and Tweedy
Absent:
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Pearson
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commission accepted and approved the January 24, 2013 and April
25, 2013 minutes.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. AGENDA ITEM # 0613-1 SUMMARY REPORT (ACTION)
Accepted, approved and filed the January 24, 2013 and April 25, 2013 Senior Commission
meeting summary report.
DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
2. AGENDA ITEM # 0613-2 DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT DONATIONS
(ACTION)
Commission accepted and approved the city manager to accept donations in an amount or
a value of up to ten thousand dollars on behalf ofthe city.
3. AGENDA ITEM # 0613-3 SENIOR CENTER REPORT (INFORMATION)
Kevin Granse, Recreation Area Manager, gave an oral report on the ongoing activities and
upcoming events.
