CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Pearson called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:

Absent: Nelson
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Min
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: By proper motion, the minutes ofthe Senior Commission
meeting of August 28, 2014 was accepted and approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. AB # 0914-1 SUMMARY REPORT (ACTION)
Accepted, approved and filed the August 28, 2014 Senior Commission meeting summary
report.
DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
2. AB # 0914-2 MASTER PLAN UPDATES PROGRESS REPORT (INFORMATION)
Commission received a progress report of the master plan updates for Aviara Park, Pine
Avenue Park, and Poinsettia Park.
3. AB # 0914-3 SENIOR CENTER REPORT (INFORMATION)
Kevin Granse, gave an oral report on the ongoing activities and upcoming events.
