CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Tweedy called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Tweedy, Nelson, Sachs, Min
Absent: Pearson
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Tweedy
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: By proper motion, the minutes ofthe Senior Commission
meeting of January 22, 2015 was accepted and approved. 4-0
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. AB # 0215-1 SUMMARY REPORT (ACTION)
Accepted, approved and filed the January 22, 2015 Senior Commission meeting summary
report. 4-0
DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
2. AB # 0215-2 ELECTION OF SENIOR COMMISSION OFFICERS (ACTION)
Commission elected Commissioner Sachs to serve as chair and Commissioner Min to
serve as vice-chair for 2015. 4-0
3. AB # 0215-3 COMMISSION COMMENTS TO GENERAL PLAN UPDATE (ACTION)
Commission reviewed and approved draft of comments prepared by Commissioner Nelson
on behalf of Senior Commission in regards to proposed updates to the General Plan.
Commissioner Pearson prepared comments which were shared with Commission. Draft of
comments was approved with an edit to remove specific Commissioner names from
document. Advisory comments to be shared with City Council. 4-0
4. AB # 0215-4 SENIOR CENTER REPORT (INFORMATION)
Kevin Granse, gave an oral report on the ongoing activities and upcoming events.

• Tour/visit of senior centers in neighboring agencies.
