CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Min called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:03p.m.
ROLL CALL: Chairperson Min took roll call:
Present: Chairperson Min, Commissioners Nelson, Pearson, and Tweedy
Absent: Commissioner Sachs
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Tweedy led the Pledge of Allegiance
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairperson Min asked if there were any corrections or revisions to the minutes of
the meeting March 24, 2016. Commissioner Nelson asked for clarification on the
approval of minutes regarding the reappointment of commissioners.

Motion by Commissioner Tweedy and duly seconded by Commissioner
Pearson, to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of
March 24, 2016 was approved.
