CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Pearson called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Sachs led the Pledge of Allegiance
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairperson Pearson asked if there were any corrections or revisions to the minutes of
the meeting April 27, 2017.

Motion by Commissioner Mehan and duly seconded by Commissioner
Tweedy, to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of
April 27, 2017 was approved.
