PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Tweedy led the Pledge of Allegiance
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairperson Min asked if there were any corrections or revisions to the minutes of
the meeting September 22, 2016.

Tweedy, to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of September
22, 2016 was approved.
