CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Mehan called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Minutes Clerk, Charlene Buckalew took roll call:
Present: Chairperson Mehan, Commissioners Pearson, Sachs and Rodenhausen.
Absent: Vice Chairperson Tweedy
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Pearson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairperson Mehan requested a motion to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2018 Senior
Commission meeting.

Motion by Commissioner Pearson and duly seconded by Commissioner
Sachs, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
March 1, 2018 was approved.

1. SR# 0418-1 SUMMARY REPORT (ACTION)
The Commission to aecept, approve and file the March 1, 2018 Senior Commission
meeting summary report.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
2. SR# 0418-2 SENIOR COMMISSIONERS VIEW COMPUTER LAB (INFORMATION)
Senior Commissioners visited the computer lab.
3. SR# 0418-3 SENIOR CENTER DEPARTMENT REPORT (INFORMATION)
Recreation Area Manager Mark Olson gave an oral report on the ongoing activities and
upcoming events.
Commissioners requested information be presented if a proposal comes forward to move
the computer lab. Commissioners requested additional information on an intergenerational
music performance.

Darlene Corrigan spoke about her experience with Section 8 Housing.
