CALL TO ORDER: Chair Rodenhausen called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Minutes Clerk, Char Buckalew took roll call:
Present: Chair Rodenhausen, Vice Chair Sachs and Commissioners Mehan, Rangus
and Wilson.
Absent: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commjssioner Mehan led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Postponed the approval of the September 5, 2019 minutes due to a lack of a quorum of
commissioners who were present at the September 5, 2019 meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR: None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. SR# 1019-1 HOUSING ELEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Senior Planner Scott Donnell gave a presentation on the new Housing Element Advisory
Committee and requested that the commission nominate a commissioner to serve an 18-
month term on the committee.
The commissioners nominated to have Vice Chair Sachs serve on the Housing Element
Advisory Committee.

Motion by Chair Rodenhausen and duly seconded by Commissioner
Mehan to approve the nomination of Vice Chair Sachs.
