1. Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the November 5, 1979 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Request for Interimstop Signal at Paseo del Norte & Palomar Airport Road
This request was denied.
3. Speed Zone - Alga Road
The Traffic Safety Commission recommends against posting Alga Road at this time. If the Council feels strongly that Alga Road must be posted, then it should be posted no lower than 45 mph (median speed by study).
4. Request for Larger Stop Sign at Elm and Highland
Commission instructed staff to increase size of sign, stencil pavement legends and have tree trimmed.
5. Speed Study on Corintia at Cazadero
Commission reviewed speed study and decided that no speed control should be posted until further development.
Matter on stop sign for side street was segregated and will be acted on next Traff i c Safety Commi ssi on meeting .
6. Green Zone at 2600 State Street
Request was denied.
