Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the December 3, 1979 meeting were approved as submitted.
Stop Signing - Cazadero at Corintia
Two-way stop signing for Cazadero was approved.
Truck Signing
The Connnission discussed the City Attorney's comments and recommended repeal of the Truck Routing Ordinance.

A. Levante - staff reported removal of school bus stops from Levante to adjacent streets.
B. Raised Medians on El Camino Real - Staff reported on signing and painting for median islands.
ADT - Traffic Counts - updated City traffic flow map was supplied to Commission. C.
D. Tamarack at El Camino Real - staff reported on Agenda Bill to Council.
E. Levante at El Camino Real - staff reported on County proposal for
Carlsbad Boulevard - Commission reviewed proposed striping at Encina parking area.
