1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Hinutes of the February 4, 1980 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. STREETSCAPE
The Commission instructed staff to send a memo to the City Council stat-
ing the Commission approved the conceptual plan, but that traffic prob-
lems existed in the plan that should be reviewed prior to adoption of
a final design.
3. "ONE-WAY" SIGNS ON EXITS OF PASEO DEL NORTE
The Commission recommended placing of the missing "ONE-WAY" signs on the
median.
4. "NO PARKING ANYTIME'' SIGNS IN ALTAMIRA
The request for "NO PARKING ANYTIME" signs at this location was denied
at this time. Staff was instructed to monitor for any future need.
5. "STOP" SIGN REPLACEMENT - HIGHLAND AT ADAMS
The Commission recommended that the "YIELD" sign be replaced with a
"STOP" sign due to limited visibility at this intersection.
6. POINSETTIA LANE STRIPING
The Commission instructed staff to prepare a striping plan for their
approval.

7. ADDITIONAL SIGNING - EL CAMINO REAL AT PLAZA WAY
This item was deferred until the next meeting so that the Commission
could field review the problem. The Commission will be advised in the
next agenda.
8. FOUR-WAY "STOP" AT ALGA AND EL CAMINO REAL
This item was reviewed in response to a letter received from Fred Morey.
The request for interim four-way "STOP" signs at this location was denied.
