APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the May 4, 1981 meeting were approved as submitted.
CARLSBAD BLVD. AT PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD - REQUEST FOR GUARD RAIL
The Commission agreed with the design of reflectors and chevron signing and recommended that staff issue a work order to Utilities/ Maintenance.

Staff was requested to report back to the Commission
LEVANTE STREET - REQUEST FOR SPEED LIMIT SIGNS
This item was continued until the next meeting so that staff could
send Mrs. Okukick a letter with staff's recommendation and the
results of the speed study.
ALGA EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL - REQUEST FOR SPEED LIMIT SIGNS
The Commission recommended that Council be requested to approve the 45 MPH speed.
5. ELM AND MONROE - REQUEST FOR A FOUR-WAY STOP
The Commission recommended that no change be made at this time.
