APPROVAL OF MINUTES 6 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
The minutes of the August 3, 1981 meeting were approved as submitted.
John Lusignan was elected the Chairman to replace Alan Jacobs, the former Chairman.
LEVAME STREET - REQUEST FOR SPEED LIMIT SIGNS
The Commission recommended posting 35 M.P.H. speed limit west of Escenico Terrace and 25 M.P.H. east of Escenico Terrace. striping to help reduce the speed was also recommended. no parking zones were not recommended.

The Commission considered striping plan and no parking and stop signs and recommended implementation.

6. ARLAND AND BUENA VISTA - REQUEST FOR STOP SIGN
Capt. Rossall brought this item up as an ex-agenda item. Chief requested reconsideration of the stop sign. The Commission recommended installing a stop sign on Arland Road at Buena Vista.
