Chairperson Jerry Schall called the Meeting to order at 3:12 p.m.

As there was no quorum, Chairperson Jerry Schall continued all agenda items until the next Regular Meeting
of the Traffic Safety Commission, which will be held on Monday, November 3, 2003.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairperson Jerry Schall adjourned the Regular Meeting of October 6, 2003 at 3:12 p.m. due to a lack of a
quorum.
