Vice-Chair Steve Dorsey called the Meeting to order at 3:29 p.m.

As there was no quorum, Vice-Chair Dorsey continued all agenda items until the next Regular
Meeting of the Traffic Safety Commission, which will be held on Monday, May 2,2005.
ADJOURNMENT:
Vice-Chair Dorsey adjourned the Regular Meeting of April 4,2005 at 3:29 p.m. due to a lack of a
quorum.
