BUILDING AND LIFE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS PLANS Provide a Building Code Data Legend on the Title Sheet. Include the following code information for each building proposed: Type of Construction 2. On the cover sheet of the plans, specify any items that will have a deferred submittal (trusses, fire sprinklers/alarms, etc.). Additionally, provide the following note on the plans, per Sec. 107.3.4.1: "Submittal documents for deferred submittal items shall be submitted to the registered design professional in responsible charge, who shall review them and forward them to the building official with a notation indicating that the deferred submittal documents have been reviewed and that they have been found to be in general conformance with the design of the building. The deferred submittal items shall NOT be installed until their design and submittal documents have been approved by the building official." EXITS The common path of egress travel shall not exceed the limit given in Table 1006.2.1. of 100'.
