This memo focuses on actions and information that are new since the last update. Emergency Operations Center • Emergency Operations Center activated to support COVID-19 mitigation and response operations and information sharing. • Local health care providers are experiencing increases in COVID-19 patients. Some have initiated surge staff planning but the increase has not yet made it necessary to transfer patients to other health care networks. • EOC and Fire Department emergency medical services staff visited long-term and residential care facilities to discuss COVID-19 facility protocols, patient support and transport practices.
