Pino Vitti has completed the contract work required for CT 04-14A Trails End, DWG 481-1,
SAGT-17-79, and R0W2016-0041. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:

of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
maintaining the above described improvements.
