Our pressure pipe is used in many types of applications such as: potable water, sewer, drain, mining, irrigation, slip lining, and reclaimed water. Materials: JMM HDPE pressure pipes are manufactured with premium, highly engineered PE3408/PE3608 resin that provides maximum performance benefits to service today's municipal and industrial water needs. The PE3408/PE3608 material. conforms to ASTM D3350 with the cell classification of 345464C/E and is listed with the Plastic Pipe Institute's (PPI) TR4. It is formulated with carbon black and/or ultraviolet stabilizer for maximum protection against UV rays for added assurance. Size Type DR Standard (If Applicable) 4" —63" IPS / DIPS 7-41 ASTM F714, AWWA C906, NSF ½" - 3" IPS 7 -32.5 ASTM D3035, AWWA C901, NSF Quality Assurance: JMM takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of all of our products. JMM quality control programs encompass three critical aspects of the manufacturing process: the incoming raw material, pipe production, and the finished goods. Incoming material is inspected and tested to ensure the material meets all applicable requirements for production. During production, the pipe will be examined and pipe samples will be collected for physical verification and testing for compliance. The finished product is subjected to further visual inspection to ensure it has met all the appropriate specifications and packaging requirements. Without exception, our pipes are constantly monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process to validate that they are in accordance with all applicable specifications. Certificates of Compliance are available upon request. Lengths & Bending Radius: Standard laying lengths of HDPE pressure water pipe is 40/50 foot lengths. Pipe sizes under 6" may be coiled at continuous longer lengths upon request. Marking Our standard markings printed on JMM pipes generally consist of the JMM logo, nominal size and OP base, material code, dimension ratio, pressure class, current AWWA C906 (if applicable), ASTM F714 (if applicable), and production date (day, month, & year). . 11 J-M Manufacturing Company, Inc. building esseriiais W), (I iti ff1nririQc C.RLSAD F!e aprov1 by thr Enonnnr of any shnp or wordng drawing: (or of any drawing of CcTra oar m ecubmant shall rt any way be doomed to release the ontracor from Will respmsietTv fm commr;ie.thand accra1c performance of the Work in iccoroance. with the Contract Drawings and Spctkntions neither shall such app;ovai r&coee the Contractor from any liability placed upon him by any provi- alon in the Form of Contact. 0. The PE3408/PE3608 material conforms to ASTM D3350 with the cell classification of 345464C/E and is listed with the Plastic Pipe Institute's (PPl) TR4. It is formulated with carbon black and/or ultraviolet stabilizer for maximum protection against UV rays for added assurance. Size Type DR Standard (If Applicable) 4" —63" IPS / DIPS 7-41 ASTM F714, AWWA C906, NSF ½"-3" IPS 7-32.5 ASTM D3035,AWWAC901, NSF Quality Assurance: JMM takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of all of our products. JMM quality control programs encompass three critical aspects of the manufacturing process: the incoming raw material, pipe production, and the finished goods. Incoming material is inspected, and tested to ensure the material meets all applicable requirements for production. WRDA 64 is a ready-to-use low viscosity liquid which is factory pre-mixed In exact proportions to minimize handling, eliminate mistakes and guesswork. WRDA 64 contains no calcium chloride and weighs approximate ly 1.21 kgIL (10.1 lb/gal). WRDA 64 produces a concrete with lower water content (typical- ly 8 to 10% reduction), greater plasticity and higher strength. It Is used in ready-mix plants, block and concrete product plants, In lightweight and prestressed work wherever concrete Is produced. WRDA 64 offers significant advantages over single component water reducers. Water reduction and setting times are more consis- tent due to the polymer compo- nents. WRDA 64 aLso performs especially well in concrete con- mining fly ash and other pozzolans. The use of WRDA 64 produces a plastic concrete that Is more workable, easier to place and more finishabic than plain or other adrnlxturcd concrete. In the hardened state, WRDA 64 con- crete has higher compressive and flexural strengths at all ages than untreated or conventional admix- Lured concrete. The greater degree of plasticity achieved, compared with conven- tional water-reducing admixcures, allows Improved finishabilky. Finishers have stated that the ccrzunt past; or mortar, in WRDA 64 admixtured concrete has improved trowelability. The influence of WRDA 64 on the fin- ishability of lean mixes has been particularly noticeable. Floating and troweling, by machine or hand, Imparts a smooth, close tol- erance surface. Each admixture should be added separately. Addition rates for Daratard 17 will range from 130 to 520 intl 100 kg (2 to ftoz/lOO lb) of cement. The amount to be used will depend upon the degree of retardation required under Job conditions. Longer setting rirneB or higher temperatures will requite higher addition rates. Conversely, the addition rarc will be lower for shorter extensions of time. .11.11: A complete line of accurate auto- matic dispensing equipment Is available. Daratard 17 may be Introduced to the nu,c with the sand or with the watee. Daratard 17 is available in bulk, delivered by metered tank trucks, and 210 L (55 gal) drums. Daratard 17 will freeze at about -2°C (28°F), but will return to full strength after thawing and thorough agitation. Concrete shall be designed in accordance with AC! Standard Recommended Practice for Selecting Proportions for Concrete (AC! 211.1). The setretardingfwater-reduclng admixture shall comply with ASTM Designation C 494, Type D admixture, and shall be Daratard 17, as manufactured by Grace Construction Products, or equal. Certification of compliance shall be made available on request. It shall be used in strict accordance with the manufactur- er's recommendations. The addition rate shall be adjust- ed to produce the specified retar- dation of the concrete inbc at all temperatures.
