A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Commissioner Jeff Segall was initially appointed in February 2013 to fill the
unexpired term of Commissioner Arnold. He was then reappointed in April 2015, and;
WHEREAS, Commissioner Segall is not eligible for reappointment and one scheduled vacancy
on the Planning Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the Planning
Commission, for a term ending in February 2023.
