It is a squareshaped, separate-recorded lot bounded on the south by El Camino Real and on the east by the proposed College Boulevard. The site is vacant and covered in disturbed . grassland. Until five years ' ago it was in agriculture The 4Costa Real Water District will be laying a 20-inch water line, in the El Camino Real right-of-way. It is proposed that the extra material from this project; estimated, at approximately 10,000 cubic yards, be stockpiled in the ,southeast corner of the project site. (Figure 3) This stockpile will be spread to a depth of three feet with a 2:1 slope at the El Camino Real, Boulevard and ,: College Boulevard boundaries . and following existing contours, be graded to day-- light over approximately 20 percent of the project site. A grading permit from the City of Carlsbad is required. The, distribution of fill on-site would be done in conformance with the grading standards of the City of Carlsbad •5 , S •,, •- • .
