Gentlemen:
In accordance with the request of Manitou Engineering, this letter has been
prepared to verify that the site conditions and geotecimical engineering
standards of practice have not changed since our previous geotechnical
reports were prepared, and that the site preparation and grading
reconrrndations presented therein are still valid.
We understand that approximately 10,000 cubic yards of fill is to be
imported and stockpiled on the site for future use as conçacted fill. It
should be realized that this material and the underlying recent alluvial
deposits will have to be removed and be replaced as conpacted fill prior to
placing any structural fill and/or structures.
If you should have any questions after reviewing this letter, please do not
