is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit, a Non-conforming Construction Permit and Minor
Variance Nos. CDP 2017-0009/NCP 17-0001N 2017-0001 approved by the City of Carlsbad on
September 6, 2017. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations
and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of
the property.
