OWNER(S): 1284 Pine Avenue Partners VIOLATION: Specific violations of chapter 15.16 are as follows: Section 15.16.170(A)1 - Performance of grading work without a grading permit when such permit is required pursuant to this chapter. Grading operations requiring a grading permit were performed on the south portion of the property. A retaining wall in excess of three (3) in height was constructed adjacent to a portion of the easterly property line. Section 15.16.170(8)1 - Grading in such a manner as to endanger property. A vertical cut slope in excess of three (3) in height was constructed along a portion of the easterly property line. Section 15.16.170(8)2 - Grading without application of appropriate storm water best management practices. Storm water best management practices have not been maintained. Section 15.16.170(8)3 - Grading that leaves any bank, slope or other earthen surface unprotected. A vertical cut slope in excess of three (3) in height was created along a portion of the easterly property line.
