5. A work or improvement on the property hereinafter described was completed on March 10, 2010.
6. The name of the contractor for such work of improvement is Opus West Corporation.
7. The property on which the work of improvement was completed is in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, and is described as PIP 06-18 Opus West Lots 10 &
11, Agreement No. SEC08033, Drawing No. 449-2.

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. PIP 06-18 Opus
West Lots 10 & 11, Agreement Number SEC08033, Drawing Number 449-2 and has requested
that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
public improvements consist of:

CITY MANAGER'S/EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described public improvements is deemed complete and hereby
accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Compietion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
jtfitaining the aboy^^scribed improvements.
