NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 29, 30, and 31 of CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 81-46, UNIT NO. 2, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.
11288, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, July 16,
1985
is restricted by a Planned Industrial Permit No. PIP 07-02 approved by the City of Carlsbad on
April 10, 2008 and an Administrative Variance No. AV 07-02 approved by the City of Carlsbad
on April 19, 2007. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or
estate holders of the property.
