NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
A portion of Lot 10 and Lot 11 of Carlsbad Tract No. 98-10, Carlsbad
Raceway, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to map thereof No. 15013, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on May 3, 2005 as file No. 2005-
371022 of official records
is restricted by a Planned Industrial Permit No. PIP 06-18 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on November 16, 2006. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property. In addition, tenant
improvements for this project are only permitted if the parking provided complies with
city ordinance parking requirements (CMC Chapter 21.44) for the mix of uses proposed
(office/manufacturing/warehouse).
