ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 03-01 La Costa
Resort & Spa, Agreement Number SEC07058, Drawing Number 422-6F and has requested that
the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
