The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described
below have been divided or have resulted from a division in violation of the
Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION:A Tentative Parcel Map showing said parcels has not been approved
and a Parcel Map has not been recorded in the office of the
County P\ecorder prior to the sale, lease, financing, conveyance
or transfer of said parcels as required by the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad,.

That portion of Lot "H" of Rancho Agua Hedionda in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to partition Map thereof No. 823 filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 1 of Terramar Unit
No. 1, according to map thereof No. 2696, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego; thence South 30°38'50"
East 100.00 feet; thence South 59°21'10" West to the Mean High
Tide Line of the Pacific Ocean; thence northwesterly along said
Mean High Tide Line to the southwesterly prolongation of said
southeasterly line of Terramar Unit No. 1; thence along said
prolongation and said southeasterly line North 59°21'10" East
to the Point of Beginning.
