Notice is hereby given that:
1. The undersigned is owner of the interest or estate stated below in the property hereinafter
described.

corporation.

A work or improvement on the property hereinafter described was completed on
January 13, 2009.
The name of the contractor for such work of improvement is KSL La Costa Resort Co., LLC.
The property on which the work of improvement was completed is in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, and is described as CT 03-01 La Costa Resort & Spa
(Costa del Mar waterline), Agreement No. SEC07031, Drawing No. 422-6R.

I, the undersigned, say:
I am the Secretary of the Carlsbad Water Municipal District, 1200 Carlsbad Village
Drive, Carlsbad, California, 92008. The Executive Manager of said District on

that a Notice of Completion be filed.

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 03-01 La Costa
Resort & Spa (Costa del Mar waterline), Agreement Number SEC07031, Drawing Number
422-6R and has requested that the Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

CITY MANAGER'S/EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described public improvements is deemed complete and hereby
accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
