NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
described as follows:
Lots 6 and 7 of Block "B" of Bella Vista, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to map thereof no. 2152, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, March 7, 1929.
Excepting that portion of said Lot 7 described as follows: beginning at the most northerly corner
of said Lot 7; thence south 63° 49' east along the northerly side of said Lot 7 a distance of 154.10
feet; thence south 26° 11' west 193.39 feet to a point on the southerly side of said Lot 7, said
point being on a curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 465.00 feet; thence
northwesterly along said curve 155.28 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 7; thence north
26° 11' east along the northwesterly line thereof, 205.37 feet to the point of beginning
is restricted by a Tentative Parcel Map and Minor Coastal Development Permit Nos. MS 14-05 /
CDP 14-08 approved by the City of Carlsbad on January 15, 2015. A copy is on file at the City of
Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present
or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
