Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Gary W. Dokich, L.S., hereby certify that
La Costa Resort and Spa, Carlsbad Tract 03-01-01, Map No. 14984, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, filed as Instrument No. 2005-0224598 in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of San Diego on March 18, 2005, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendment
thereto as follows:

SHEET 1 OF 16 SHEETS
The note in the final paragraph of column one is in error. It should state: "LOTS 9, 10 AND 11 OF
THIS SUBDIVISION ARE CONDOMINIUM LOTS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 1350 OF THE CIVIL
CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CONTAINING A MAXIMUM OF 53 COMMERCIAL
DWELLING UNITS AND 10 NON-HABITABLE COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS, AND IS FILED
PURSUANT TO THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT."

Note 8 is in error. It should state:
"8. THIS MAP CONTAINS 53 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 10 NON-HABITABLE
COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS.
LOT 9 CONTAINS 21 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS AND 10 NON-HABITABLE
COMMERCIAL SERVICE UNITS
LOTS 10 AND 11 COMBINED CONTAIN 32 COMMERCIAL DWELLING UNITS"
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of
the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of
these corrections.
