Notice is given that I Douglas R. Melchior hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract Number 03-01-01, Map
Number 14984 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County 3-18-05, is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act of Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendment
